Sunday School Foster Child

Christ the King Lutheran Sunday School sponsors a foster child through Compassion. Our sponsored child is Ruthalha Joseph from Haiti. She is in 10th grade. Through our monthly donations she is able to attend the Montry Child Development Center in Haiti. There Ruthalha receives her meals, medical care, education, and Christian leadership. She is surrounded by extreme poverty in her family and community.

The Pastor who ministers to Ruthhala has requested that we send her encouragement through cards, pictures, and letters to stay in school and continue her Christian journey of faith. We are collecting cards, pictures, and letters to send Ruthalha from Christ the King. Please drop off your cards, cards letters and pictures at the church office by November 1st. You may also make a donation if you like.
